Is there any free garden design software?

I have a 310m2 'L' shaped garden and have no idea what I want to do with it.

I thought just having a large, flat lawn would be fine for me but its boring and not utilised to its fullest (i mow it and thats it).

Is there any software I can use to plot patios and trees etc?
