Using a foreign shipping address

I am looking to buy some car parts on behalf of a relative that is based in Hong Kong. I will be making the purchase with my credit card that has a UK billing address, the items will be shipping to HK. Is my purchase likely to get flagged by the fraud department? Wondering if it's worth letting the bank know before hand.

My experience is the other way, forign card for UK delivery, (sellers who won't ship overseas, so parts go to family) the bank are fine but companies will only deliver to the billing address for the first transaction, I think I had this with demon tweeks wanted a part shipped to my mechanic and they wouldn't, once you have an account history with the seller no problem.
