It has become apparent that Experian still have Sarah's address listed as one she moved out of 2 years ago.

The first port of call is to obviously try and amend this, yet their website keeps misbehaving, not allowing this. Sarah has been on the phone to them every day for a week now, and they say that they are updating their IT, and only stating to 'keep trying'

We need to apply for a home-owner loan ASAP, and if her recorded address isn't even correct then there's no chance of success with this.

Where could we go from here? Is there any mileage in contacting the Financial Ombudsman?

It would be the ICO I would think as it's an incorrect data issue.

Complaints take months to sort out though.
