That time has come it's up for renewal next month just wondering what peoples thoughts are regarding this. We done a 2year fix last time worked out well. Undecided what to do this time with the whole brexit and interest rates being low stuck between 2 year and 5 year. Our current provider is offering 2 years at 1.49 and 5 years at 1.94 no product fee on any of them.

What's everyone's thoughts on this?

Don't have a straight answer for you as don't know enough about your circumstances. You need to consider likelihood of any house Move, any likely changes to your life /employment and job security in the equation. What are the early repayment terms?

What would yous do stick on 2year and maybe interest rates still be low or you think brexit will push them up?

Or place safe with 5year a pay a little extra each month fir piece of mind
