Kitchen Fitting & Costs. Is this good?!

Right time for a new kitchen!
No chance of DIY as we don't have time and just need it done!
So we've had a measure up from a few companies and like the Howdens design etc...
Breakdown as follows:
Howdens
5 Base Units Inc Doors (including an end curved type one)
All doors, handles & Fixings
Belfast type sink
Taps
Extractor unit for oven
Solid Oak Block surface (2 x 3m, 40mm thick)
Total £2268
Fitters: (seperate completely from Howdens & have good reputation locally)
Quite a bit of work here as it's a bit of a crappy old arrangement!
Remove old Kitchen
Remove Carpet & Lino
Remove Window (Old window is lower than the other one so we are removing & raising it to match the other one)
Re-Fit New Window & Brick Up below window
Brick up & Clad externally under window (its currently boarded)
Fit 3 new electrical sockets
Fit New Fuseboard (We're still on fuse wire!)
3 x spotlights
1 x Pendant light
Fit Extractor Unit
Relocate Gas work (requires moving about 3 ft from existing point)
Fit & Connect cooker
Change waste pipes and move water supply to suit new fittings
Tile around Oven area
Plaster Ceiling & below new window (And repair hole where old boiler flue was)
Supply & Relocate radiator
Screed floor ready for laminate flooring
Lay Laminate flooring
Paint Walls
Fit Kitchen Units
Labour £2900
Materials £1628
Cost Inc Vat £5436
Time Scale 10 working days
Does this sound reasonable?
As i'm typing it out and thinking about it, there is a fair amount of work there!
Quotes don't include:
Oven (budgeting around £900)
Flooring (we'll supply)
Tiles (We have a load left over from the bathroom that will actually work very well in the design!)
It's our first house so have no ball park to work with!

I would say you could get your kitchen units cheaper than that, although for a Howdens quote it doesnt look wrong.
The builders quote looks about right. 2 weeks labour for a small team.
Yours is an easy solution using a builder and Howdens. They are pretty good if you need a spare part and having a physical store nearby means the builder can just pop in for bits, and as they designed it any problems you just give them a ring.
If you went online (DIY Kitchens for example) you could halve the cost of the units, the sink, and worktops could also be found cheaper, but you would have to organise that yourself, arrange delivery dates etc. Its a faff.
