Just been talking to my dad on the phone,after listening to ppl(wonder who?)ranting about reliable & performance for bucks Jap cars for ages.He's selling his '99 Merc CLK 320 Kompressor.
Big shock.
He's getting a Jap car.
Nissan Murano,3.5ltr(same engine as the 350z)big 4x4 type jobbie.
OK,not exactly a performance coupe.Not the sort of thing he'd normally buy at all,badge snobbery an' all that.
Also he normally goes for 'drivers' type coupe's.I'm not really sure what it is about the murano that appeals to him.Should have plenty of grunt tho.
