What's this story in "The Sunday Times" Driving supplement about Ned retiring??? (Page 21 under "Grease Monkey")

States that PW has "hung up his lead" and that he was instrumental in design of the Cerbera - I thought that was the Chimaera?

Otherwise, can this news be true?

It was the Chim, the infamous indicator apertures. I guess as these were similar on the Cerb he was indirectly responsible for those too.

Good news for TVR employees, they'll get to eat their sandwiches themselves if its true!

I believe the Rivergirl's German Shepherd will be assisting on the GPS system for the new TVR . .

I think all TVRs should be fitted with one of these to keep the convoys together! (esp. Surrey area)

The story has it that he took a bite out of the polystyrene model of the chimaera, the front indicator recess, Peter liked it, it stayed

Have you seen some of the designs of Euroboxes these days? Computers

The gorgeous lines of TVRs - punctuated by the dramatic features, such as indicator cut aways - and who is responsible for these? Ned!

(Pull up the carpets and I am sure you'll find a paw print somewhere on each vehicle!!!)

The legend states that Ned will approve of any TVR design as long as it has a cheese sandwich in it... evidently they forgot this for final Chimp approval!
