I have a very elderly relative currently in receipt of a pension from Nortel, based on her husband's work there.
He died 15 years ago (after retirement) and she's been in receipt since then.
She's had various letters referring to a settlement - most recent asking for verification of member details.
The letters are often very technical but I know there's been a big case involving Nortel for some years now.
Any industry experts on here who know if the Nortel settlement is likely to directly affect her in her circumstances?
