Can anyone tell me who the resident PH alarm expert is please?

I need to install a new alarm system to my house and garage Which are currently being renovated.

hasnt been a big focus of my business, but I am just quoting for a video verified alarm system, rented and installed into a void property in London.

FWIW I have separate alarms for the house and garage, as I want the garage to still be alarmed when I am in the house.

I have installed a few honeywell systems and to be honest over 10 years they have been problem free, apart from the battery changes.
I have a Texecom system in my current house, i didnt install it but have heard nothing but good reports about them and i think they are one of the better systems.
