Domestic Resin floors
Discussion
One rented a house with a white resin floor throughout the downstairs and first impression was very good.
But over time it started getting discoloured around the edges. And it was quite soft and so prone to getting scratched in high traffic areas.
IMHO you're better off with a timber floor as you can keep refinishing it as it degrades.
