I am trying to find a supplier of this seal that does not want £14 pm especially as 5mts required.

Brownhills supplied the price above.

I had the same problem finding a door seal for our Chausson. I sent off for loads of samples, contacted seal manufacturers but in the end had to pay £76 direct to Chausson.

You could give this place a try http://www.sealsdirect.co.uk/seals-products.asp?in...

Brownhills are only good for the old hymer parts stock they are selling off, they're not a hymer dealer any more. You could try travelworld (essentially hymer UK) or Hambilton Engineering.

Apparently the seal is far cheaper from Germany if I can find a supplier out there willing to ship.
Found the seal damage is the after affect of the door (top) stay bush wearing, allowing the door excess movement that then wearing the Hinge bushes(teflon style slipper pads)
I resolved the movement by stripping hinges swapping slipper pads top and bottom so the wear section now on top and this carry no real load.
adjusted locks and now door nice and square and seal no longer getting trapped (albeit too late for the original seal) but perfect for a New seal when I can get one.
£14 PM from Brownhills which I think is rather steep (Hymer Prices tend to be that )
I have emailed 2 dealers whom apparently send to UK (Germany based) to see what their prices are like if they will ship etc..
Also sent a request to Travel world to see if they are better Priced.

Nil responses from German dealers as yet
Travel world more expensive than Brownhills at the moment.
