Dashboard lights are dim
Discussion
Hello from a new Grif owner!
Owned it for 2 whole days before driving in the dark for the first time. I was a bit worried that none of the dials light up at all - are they supposed to be backlit?
All the LED's are working fine, and I found myself turning on the interior light to check the spedo every now again as I havn't a clue how fast it was going!

The instrument lights are turned on and off by a button to the left of the steering wheel on side/underneath of the dash itself - probably near where your left knee rests. This is separate to the side/headlight buttons on the front of the dash.
I had the same head-stratching moment when driving my car back in the dark after buying it!

Something to remember also is that nine times out of ten when getting the car back from a service, whoever has driven it into the bay and pulled the seat forward has hit the switch with there knee and turned them off again. This is followed by hanging upside down in the footwell with a torch checking fuses, at this point you spot the button.....DOH!!!
