Stability control

I'm curious how Ariels don't have stability control when it is mandatory for new cars in the EU?

(Not that I'd advocating a nanny state, really just curious how it's side stepped!)

The cars aren't type approved, but done individually. This places a limit on how many can be made for road use, and not all Eu countries will allow them to be registered.
