Creating a montage in profile.

I see that in some PHers profiles they have a montage of images all together. How the hell do they do that?
Do you do it in photoshop or something? If so, that's bad luck for me as I haven't got it.

Thanks for that Steve, sorted. I've got a couple of paintshop type programs on my computer, but I can't seem to find how to do it with them. I've got Micrografx Picture Publisher and Microsoft Picture It! Publishing 2001.
