racing drivers invite to meet / sport car racers !

we are a group of 3 ,been racing single seater cars
looking to get into sport car racing , perhaps even try le mans next year ??
first time to Lm as normaly racing

I can barely concentrate at work I'm so excited! (or this because my job is boring?) Its going to be a damn good weekend!

3 days left at work...

sunday will be spent purchasing clothes (prepare to see my lower legs) and stuff

wednesday will be spent getting money and stuff then driving to yours for a pre-set off beer!

oh how i wish i was driving down... next year!

Did my Sunday prep-work at lunch today, fixed some niggles so I have music again but gave up on the lighter socket, so will have to reply on a traditional map!

Trying out the tent tomorrow morning, with my two children helping out, then some final shopping on Sunday giving two days to get the car washed inside and out and a day off on Wednesday just in case...

Am so tempted to call SpeedFerries and see if they have a Wednesday crossing going right now...

i doubt it, we booked at the start of February and it was nearly booked up then so unless they've had a cancellation!!!

Ok. Cars are ready (I think!), We've sorted out a toolkit etc etc. Will spend tonight getting all those little bits and peices together so I can find anything I have forgotten tuesday or wednesday. Now all I have to do is resist the temptation to practice my Le Mans style starts in the company car park and sit out the mundane crap that makes up my everyday working life until Wednesday!
