Had a go at Motion Blur, what do you think?

Looks nice. I still haven't worked out how to get rid of the phantom effect you get around the subject. Anybody got any tips?

that is easy.... just cut out the part that needs to be sharp and put it in a separate top layer... like the rider in this instance... then use the cloning tool to remove the rider from the background, you do not need to remove the whole lot, just around the edges, depending how much motion blur you want.... then just blur.... you will not see the "phantom" effect...

Martin, that's the same trick I used here:



I wont tell you how long it took to get the radial blur looking correct, or how long it took to remove the ghosting around the objects...
