Hi Guys, I bought my Arnage T in 2018 from a dealer who didn’t seem to know very much about the car including showing me how to fold the mirrors in with a push of the hand! and hadn’t noticed it was a Mulliner 2. Anyway it was cheap and in excellent cosmetic condition but had braking and other issues which I thought might fun to fix having played with Silver Shadows for years. I then decided that I couldn’t be bothered and asked the local RRBSA specialist to overhaul the brakes etc. All done now and driving beautifully.
I have now discovered that the outer headlights have had cheap replacement bulbs bodged into them although I know why......the real replacements are.......wait for it......about £1300 each. Has anyone found a solution? Maybe an upgrade or other replacement.
Many thanks.

Good Morning,
I have a 2006 Arnage Mulliner II and had condensation in the drivers side headlight. Apparently this is a common problem and my Bentley delaer said the only option was to replace the unit. The headlight itself was £1,600 plus 4 hours labour to fit it. There's a lot of gubbins to be removed before you can access it. I kept the old headlight in the hope that a bit of mastic could seal it up if it was ever needed again.

I am not sure that you have to remove the headlight to get at the bulbs. There should be a removable panel under the bonnet above the headlight, which would give access. I'll check on my car later and get back to you.
Best wishes,
David.

To get to the headlight bulbs you have to remove the big black plastic engine cover - this is easy to do. Underneath it, above the headlights, you will find a removable panel that allows you to access the light bulbs. Looking at the IntroCar web site, replacement bulbs appear to be about £20 each. Not sure which bulbs are required for your car. Since you are in the South East, you may find Royce at Betchworth helpful. Phone is 01737 844999. They seem to be well thought of.

Hello, sorry for reactivating this thread but what you have written is really helpful … I wonder if I might ask a question please? I have a 2006 Arnage R (big light facelift) and one light is filling with water. I have a very helpful mechanic, but I wonder if you can give us a steer in regard to the best way to get the light out please? It’s the inner headlight on the left side. Thank you in hope!
