Oil leak on 1.5 DCI nissan

Had an oil leak for some time, appears to be getting worse.
Cannot figure out where its coming from. Anyone have experience with this?
Its on the right side of the engine at the top. The lump itself is bone dry, its just on the right side of the engine block at the top, I think all over the EGR? at least I think thats the EGR.
The arrow on the pic shows an actual puddle of oil sitting in the groove there. Annoyingly its now come up on MOT as an oil leak.
