Hi please recommend engine oil,

Is Toyota Semi synethic 5W30 good ?

Anything that's match's the spec will be fine both oil weight w.g 5w40 and the spec b3 c2 whatever it is check your handbook to be sure

If you shop around you can get 5l of shell ultra for around £20.

Yes it is good stuff and I'd recommend it, I used it for the last 2 changes on both of our Yaris. If you ask at the spares desk at your local dealer they should do it for a decent price if you buy an OEM oil filter at the same time.

Actually worked out cheaper than using my Halfords trade card for the oil surprisingly.
