Can anyone recommend somewhere in the Sunderland/Washington area that can shot-blast & paint my car's rear subframe.

I can't speak for Fergusond but they did all my wishbones, steering arms, ARB etc on my Lotus last year and I was really happy with the results and general service. Can't speak for longevity as the car leads a pampered life.

Yes, £75 for a rusty & pitted BMW M3 rear subframe, a choice of finishes available, all well took a week.
