brown envelope

arrived at work today,someone waved an official looking brown envelope at moi,twas for 31 in a 20 on tower bridge.
luckily it was the only day this year i wasnt driving that van :biglaugh:
wasnt that the place where the signs were in the wrong place and everyone got off?

That was Lower Thames St, but similarities were raised with Tower Bridge - however I believe there were complications due to it being a World Heritage Site.
