New Specs just after Brands Hatch?

Dear PH friends,

yesterday I went to Brands Hatch from London using the M20. Before moving away I was that there were plenty of road works cones on the left and just before turning into the exit for Brands Hatch I saw what looked to me new yellow SPECS on a blue support.

Is that right?

I have been on holiday for 2 weeks and 2 weeks ago I did not see all this "paraphernalia". I just saw the Specs yesterday. I missed the former discussion.

Methinks many people don't know what specs is.. There is loads of signing, warning signs saying x amount prosecuted, big signs with 50 on them and yet 3 lanes of people are going though at well over 80
