Folks, can I still get hold of the U shape brackets that hold the rear bumper on? Also, need the rear crash bar that runs across the back, behind the bumper, both bar and brackets badly corroded. TIA for any advice. 06 Monaro VXR

had exactly the same issue with mine . Not sure if theyre still available new but I found a good second hand one with a few patches of surface rust and lagging it with paint and wax.

Get into the rear sections while its all off and behind rear arches

There's a pair of rough looking ones on eBay at present. Could be better than yours if really bad?
Might clean enough?

From the links I can't tell if if you have left and right brackets as they are handed .

I redesigned them slightly and had them lasercut/cnc bent in 3mm stainless .

If you get desperate I could try and get some more knocked up but would have to get in touch with some contact to find out

I'll make some enquiries today.
Could take a while sometimes I'm lucky and my stuff gets done straight away then other times I have to wait for stuff to get done.
