Sub 3k Off Road / Tow / Camping / Work vehicle

Afternoon,
I'm looking for feedback on picking up a sub 3k off reader.
I currently have an XC90 that I use for work, it gets absolutely abused lol. We go camping, do bit of light off roading, sleep in the vehicle occasionally, it tows my work trailer approx 2t max. I'm a carpenter who builds large driveway gates and I also build hand made wooden canoes.
The XC90 has been very reliable and never had an issue but she's touching 200k, I've owned her since 135k and always looked after her but like I said, she's getting tired. We use it like a truck/van.
I would love a Jeep Cherokee but they are super over priced now.
What I can see in my budget would be the following...
Sorento - Potential rust buckets but people who have them love them
Terracan - Prices are good and seem to he everything I need.
Grand Cherokee - I'm a big fan but internal space is small
P38A - Reliability shouldn't be an issue but I'm not sold on that.
XC90 - I know how to work on them and they are reliable but parts are expensive.
Don't want anything small or CRV like, we have a Petrol CRV Mk3 for a Daily Driver and I'm not a fan, too car like.
I like Pickups but internal space is minimal and so would be a pain.
Ideally I would go for an older Disco/Jeep but the days of an £800 LR or Jeep are well gone.
Genuinely interested to see if I'm missing anything or should be steering clear.

Yeah thats a fair comment I guess, they just don't have the head room that the XC90 or the Discos have. They are on the cards if the price is right. Just a pain with the 2.7D engine and those injectors but guess I would trim out the bulkhead if that's the case.
Not quite sure how expensive the WJ is on parts in the UK though?
