Mazda 3 front bumper?

I slightly caout a wall on me nearside wing, just a scuff.
And where it all joins the wing has come away.
I think there were clips that joined it.
I have managed to put (tap) it back into position, but it comes away when I drive it.
Does anyone know how I can fix this, please?
I have a couple of photos, but can't find how to post them

just to add.....
I went to a bodyshop guy who informed me to use Tiger Seal, which he uses on bodywork.
