Getting very close to the end of this 15 year journey - from when I discovered the car is a sorry state to where we are today.

A non original 1967 Sprint GT Veloce - 1750 engine, LSD, built with a bit of fun in mind.

fk me that's beautiful. Always loved this shape and the understated wheels. The whole thing just looks "right".

Won't oblige with your first sentence but yes you're right, beautiful.

Your car looks amazing, so pretty and that colour suits the design really well. Looks like a top quality job, be nice to see the 'as found' pictures to compare.
I'm about to embark on a similar project for a 2000GTV but mine will be more of a restomod rather than period correct.

Do you have any recommendations for bodywork or did you do yours yourself?

Good luck with your project - it is a very rewarding journey, no doubt filled with surprises, fun and frustration.
Unsure where you are but I'd use someone like Peter Smart in Dorset for example. Literally a one stop shop with decades of experience.

My blue car (was red) looked quite good when bought 15 years ago but once the paint was stripped if was not pretty.
