Hi all, we recently bought a 500E from a main dealer that only had one key fob at the time as the other one was apparently at their other dealership. Fast forward 2 months and we've now been told that there is just a blade for the spare, not a remote locking fob as they only come with now...
Anyone here got two remote locking fobs for their 500E's?

Depends on the model, they should all have two keys, some have two large fobs with buttons, if it is not keyless entry. The others have one large fob with buttons and one "pebble" key, no buttons, that operates the keyless entry. There should also be two key blades to unlock the car if the battery is flat.

You should also have a larger fob with buttons on it. I work for a main dealer.

OK I think I've sorted it. They gave us the bookmark which had a pebble type thing and also a little black thing... It turns out the black thing goes I some the pebble and that is then the keyless entry fob.
To lock the car you press the little black button in the door handle and it locks the car. It's quite a neat thing but surprised Fiat didn't k ow about it...
Thanks for.your help

I bought a La Prima for my wife. It has one of the pebble keys as a spare. The main key only has the buttons
