Ultima road trip weekend next year

26-28 July 2024 Ultima Road Trip weekend with full day driving route for Saturday around Yorkshire Dales, North Pennines and possibly into the Lake District (tourist traffic dependent).
Course notes for each vehicle, a lunch stop, and any other places of interest en-route that we may wish to stop at.
An overnight venue has been identified which will act as the start/end point, but there is no requirement to stay there to join the event.

I had posted some details of a planned Ultima owners road trip weekend 26-28 July next year, but the PH admin have removed it for "advertising or promotion".
It was posted here by a fellow owner for the benefit of those owners who are not on FB, so that you were aware and could indicate interest before we commit and book in the new year as an owners group.
I presume it was removed because i had put some indicative prices on it, so forgive me for trying to provide relevant information to fellow owners, rather than show interest in something "blind".
I had deliberately not identified the venue details to try and avoid that, and i do not stand to gain or have any financial interest in the event.
PH admin, if you could explain to me how else i can provide details of an Ultima owners event to fellow owners on this forum, then i am happy to follow your guidelines. Or at least clarify to me which of the details were the offensive ones?

That is exactly how the booking will be done closer to the time when actual commitment is needed.
I have absolutely no desire to be a middle man where money is involved, i was just giving a guide on the costs.
I will update the post with more details of what the event is, and leave the cost/accommodation details out.
