Hardwired trackers/diagnostics?

Looking for recommendations for a small fleet tracker solution that is hardwired. And “always on” tracking not just when the ignition is on
Don’t really need any other features but if they don’t add a small fortune to the cost then why not if we can make use of them.
Is over the air diagnostics a thing ?? Would be useful to be able to pull fault codes/ basic information that can be had via obd over the ether as well but not a must have
