12c Vehicle Tracking fault ?

This error message comes up and doing some basic research suggests its the battery in the tracker that comes from factory.

Does anyone know where this is?

Yeah it’s the back up battery in the tracker.
They will all die with age.

You need to locate the tracker which is obviously not meant to be easily located, so you are stuffed.

Yes, “by design” the tracker is embedded deep in the car. I once had to reset mine, and took all day for me to access. But it could be a “while-you-wait” service trip.

the same on my 650, usually leaving it on a trickle charger helps

Interesting. Been on trickle charger already.

I have removed the code lets see if that helps.
