VIDA and Dice - compatible with xc90?

I have the vida / dice diagnostics setup on an old laptop and it works well with my 2002 v70 and 2008 v70 and other Volvos of that era that I have connected to.

Thinking of purchasing a 2020 XC90 and wondering if it would it be compatible?

The version you have will have a code like 2008D which lets you know what year it was last updated.

Check the code and see.
I think it is unlikely to be usuable unless you bought it recently.
