CarPlay issues Disco 5

So my 2 yo Disco had been faultless thus far but unfortunately now having issues connecting up to CarPlay. Bluetooth etc is working and I can see my phone on the system but CarPlay is not starting up at all …I’ve tried using a usb line rather than Bluetooth and makes no difference. Think the car had a software update recently so not sure if that’s thrown it out .
In the first instance I’d try resetting the Pivi Pro system.
- Ignition on and gearbox in Park or Neutral
- Press and hold the audio volume know for about 20 seconds until the touchscreen goes blank
Pivi Pro will then restart and hopefully everything will work again.
If not, you could try deleting the pairing of the phone and car and re-pair them. Takes longer than the Pivi reset so try that first!
