500 Abarth front bumper

Evening all

I've just suffered a coming together with a badger which has destroyed the front bumper on my 2010 Abarth.
The badger seemed fine though!

I'm trying to find a replacement bumper in white and can't find anything in decent nick.
Is it possible to fit the newer bumper from a 2018 model?
If so, do the lights transfer across or are they different fittings?
