Toad Ai606 Alarm siren issue

Got an issue with the alarm system. when arming and disarming it no longer makes the chirp noise but when alarm is triggered via door entry etc the siren does make its usual alarm noise.
Now the siren just keeps making this glitching noise as iv filmed it in this video: https://youtu.be/ZjsqndhionU
This noise started yesterday, the car has been on charge for 2 days on the Lidl ultimate speed smart charger, not sure if the issue is related but i did have the car on this charger last year too and no issues. not sure what to do.
