Hi all,

My partner's car, a 2017 Ford Kuga 1.5 TDCI had its turbo replaced last week, as it was leaking quite badly. They also noticed and replaced a leaking injector seal while doing this work.

The problem at hand was completely cured, but another one has surfaced since the work was done - when the car is up to speed, if you let off the throttle and then get back on it, even gently (e.g. while changing gear), there is a bit of a hesitation, almost like a misfire. Normally noticeable around 1500-2000rpm. The car otherwise drives fine - it idles and accelerates fine.

Is there anything I should check before taking it back to the garage and getting them to look at it? I'm wondering if I need to use ForScan to reset the ECU adaptations perhaps? If it's compensating for the injector leak, and/or the new turbo is behaving differently.

Thanks.

I wouldnt mess with anything just take it back and let them deal with it, could be anything really especially the injectors.
