Identify a car

Found in a picture of the local area. This is probably dead easy for many on here, but I'm stumped. Nearest I can get is a Wolseley 21/60, but the radiator emblem and front mudguards are wrong. Badge engineered to a ....? Apologies for the low resolution, it's cropped from a much larger image.

Thanks for your helps guys, I thought Morris lastnight but the radiator badge looked wrong. Fresh eyes this morning found a picture of a 1934 Morris Oxford 6:
