Hi all, I will be picking up a 2016 Alfa 4C next week.
Unfortunately the OEM tyre compressor kit is missing.
I have searched the internet for one with no joy.
Anyone got any ideas where I can find an original compressor. Also looking for a drivers side storage pouch.
I have managed to source and buy a passenger side one.
Many thanks.

Unless I'm mistaken the genuine number for the compressor is 52060699

They seem to be available online under various other models most commonly a 500 or 595 but alfas dealer site lists that number ^

Conrats on the purchase - they're great cars. What spec/colour?

Yeah, lots of the bits that should be included (Cleaning kit, car cover, etc) fetch decent money 2nd hand, so lots of owners hold onto them I think and sell them seperately.

Hi , car is a one owner 2016 coupe in Alfa red with 11000 miles bought from a dealer . Unfortunately the cover, car care kit and tool kit were all missing.
Found the compressor kit with manuals and car cover on sale in America but he wants £1000 for it and says he does not want to split the items . It’s everything or nothing I’m afraid. I just want to try and keep the car in original spec. The aforementioned stuff is standard issue with the car and should not be sold off separately.
Anyway looking forward to picking up the car on Wednesday. Thank you for replying to my enquiry.

I can't imagine an old compressor kit would be worth having anyway. Can't remember the life expectancy of these things but I'm sure it's not as long as 8 years. Looking at recommendations from other brands five years is probably about the max' so you'd be well advised to keep your cash in your pocket.

Hi, you are totally correct. The kit sealant will probably be well past its sell by date.
It was more for the originality I was thinking about.
As you say the items on sale are not worth it.
I’m now just looking forward to getting the car and enjoying it. Thanks again everyone for comments.

Sorry should have also mentioned. Car does not have a lot of extras. Other than the instrument cowl there is not any extra carbon. Just got the basic plastic dash. Condition was more important to me than a car loaded with extras.

I don't know about the later cars but mine was a 2014 and only came with the compressor kit and small tool pouch. I was supposed to get the indoor cover from the dealer but never did - so not all cars had them. The cleaning kit was also an extra ‘gift’ from Alfa that turned up a year or two afterwards, and wasn't standard issue.

I wouldn't worry too much about not having the compressor, but make sure you have the towing eye which sits on top. The only truly useful things in the toolkit are funnels for the fuel filler and screenwash.

Thank you. I will buy a couple of funnels and a decent aftermarket compressor and of course not forgetting that all important towing eye. Hope I don’t need to use it though. 😂

Congrats on your purchase by the way, we had a few 4C's as regular customers when I was doing parts for Fiat/Alfa, always brightened the day up when you're used to seeing endless 500s and pandas!

After seeing this I've just seen someone on the 4C FB group selling some bits - cleaning kit, manuals, sales brochure, but unfortunately not a compressor.

Ah, I thought they were standard with the car - when I bought mine (2017) the previous owner gave me everything, including an Alfa branded hold-all with the cover and various cleaning cloths, the seperate cleaning kit, compressor, and some other books and bits. I even got two oil caps, a lovely aluminium one, in a proper Alfa presentation box! Not sure if those were standard? He said he was given it by Alfa (he bought it new):

Not taking the moral high-ground, but it's probably and extra £300 I could have sold it all for, but just feels like it should stay with the car.

Hi, thanks for your message. I don’t know what happened to the stuff. People obviously now know how scarce these items are and are looking to make a fast buck by selling them separately.
As I mentioned previously the one seller I found who had the compressor set was looking for silly money.
He didn’t even have the car care kit as part of the set.
An original car care kit can be bought for just under £200 but in reality I would never use the stuff within it.
I’ll just buy an aftermarket kit and add the towing eye and some funnels and keep looking for the OEM stuff at sensible money.
