The trigger wheel of my distributor is corroded. I disassembled my Lucas distributor. I have cleaned everyting in the meantime. I did see that the distributor shaft and balance weights were lubricated.
What grease should I use to lubricate everything again.
Tiny amounts of engine oil (eg a drop carried on the end of a mini screwdriver) on the pivots and on the felt pad under the rotor (if there is one). Any more just gets flung/makes a mess.
