Hi everyone,

As always, I've searched thoroughly on here (and elsewhere) to find some info about what these are, but literally haven't found a single thing anywhere.

I get what the plug extenders do, and I've still got them on mine (the originals) but despite having owned my Chim for 6 months, I haven't driven it yet due to winter and me wanting to get everything working and right before I go out and dice with death, so I can't say if the plug extenders are ok or not - I know they have a bad rep on here.

My dizzy Cap has little (about 2cm long) extenders on all of the 8 holes (they look to be old and OEM) - what could they possibly be for, and do I need them - surely it's just something else to potentially spoil the spark to the plugs?...

I had a set on mine when I bought it years ago and they were the first thing that were binned when I took it for a check over by an old school tuner with a cryptotune machine.

Yeah, bin.

And the plug extenders. Buy some decent leads and socks.
