I bought a Cayman 4.0 GTS new from Porsche Wolverhampton and its coming up to 9000 miles . I am now thinking of holding the car throughout the summer and contemplating its first service in my hands . After an unpleasant experience at Porsche Silverstone some years back over a 911 Turbo I swore I wouldn't be back in their premises so I wanted to ask for some of your thoughts regarding this servicing . Basically regarding my location I have a couple of choices . Firstly going the OPC route via Porsche Hatfield or alternatively using an Independent such as RPM Technic or JZM . Does an OPC Stamp matter all that much ?

As above. RPM Technik appear to have the better reputation for servicing. They'll also shift it for you if you want to move on to something else.
