Learning to use a looper pedal

Are there any good guides on how to learn to use a looper, giving example chord progressions, solo tabs, bass tabs etc?

I had a Temu product appear in my Facebook feed and it seemed too good to pass up as it was priced at £15 to get me to sign up. Seems to be good quality, it is heavy, and the switches and knobs have a good solid feel.
