I seem to be having trouble uploading my 'tunnel run' video to P.TV. I've posted on 'website feedback'but as yet no response, wondered if you guys might help?

I click the submit button and get the uploading file box, but it either does nothing, then disappears, or it starts uploading, then seems to freeze after about a minute or so.
I've tried the search option but that doesn't seem to be working either.

any suggestions??

I get the same but I just leave it for half hour or so. Still uploading or sorting itself out.

Thanks Dave, I was trying last night and after about 1/2 an hour it did start downloading, but by then I had to go to work so stopped it.
I've been trying again since about mid day today and still no luck

I still cant get it up, I was trying all day yesterday, and the day before. Mrs mad mark got up at half past midnight and all she could manage was 40% before it stopped, and that took over an hour.(and then she fell asleep)
I've tried again this morning and it still wont work.
Whats happening, why cant i get it up?

Difficult to tell at a distance.

Generally people have problems when trying to upload monster files (25MB+).

How big is the file you're trying to upload?

aarrgghh!! It just got to 99% then came back with a message saying "technical fault, return to home page" or something like that.

Hi Ted, yes it is a big file 50mb mpg. normally it doesn't even get going.
It just comes up with the 'download bar' and says "unknown left (at 0/sec)" on the left, and "0/0(0%)" on the right.

It is my first upload, maybe I should start with something a bit smaller instead of jumping in at the deep end.

Although in theory it should cope with files of any size I do get reports of difficulties with huge ones like that.

If it could be made smaller it's likely to work.
