How long are they, what are they from and where can I get somemore.

They seem to vary in length, different people run with different length blades. I think Land Rover Defender Blades are the right length. I'd get you tape measure out, see what you'll think will kit and go buy some the right length!

Mine are 12", from Halfords - but that's a 3000S.

Mine are 14inch on the 1600M.

What vehicle were they borrowed from in the first place, maybe MGB? I'm looking for some chrome or stainless ones at the moment.

I tried (unsussefully) to find a source ... in the end I just polished up my existing arms. You could try Trico or www.vintagecarparts.co.uk ... they have something that looks similar ..

Please let me know how you get on ..

Thanks all,

I'm going for the good quality stainless units from Europa.

Arms are £10.16 each

Blades are £7.46 each

Spend, spend, spend, but it beats putting your arm out of the window with a shammy!

The Vintage carparts ones also looked good but they don't do 14inch. prices were about the same.
