Buying an Esprit

I am getting closer to purchasing an Esprit here in Los Angeles... I have been advised to go with an S2 if I get a Non-Turbo... but might consider a 83-87 Turbo as well.
My question is: what year did the turbo go fuel injection - or are all of them fuel injected?

85 is the last year of the carb turbo.
86-88 has the Bosch K Jetronic injection.
89 has the Delco EFI w/ non chargecooler.
89.5 SE has the Delco EFI w/chargecooler non programable chip.
90SE and later Delco EFI, chargecooler, and re-programable chip.

There's a real nice '89 in San Diego, a original owner 28,000 miles red/dark grey really clean, he was asking $20,000 for it when I was looking at it! If your interested let me know and I will dig up his number.
