im going on Saturday and booked for the 3 pm show in the evo enclosure

Did anybody go last year, is there enough to do and see to justify getting there in the morning?

I think Adam Kenyon (TVR Chimera) is going on Sat, a few of us are going (including me) on the Sunday. I don't think they are now showing the Noble M14??

When are we going to see you at one of our meets? You missed some great supercars at the last one... click here to see last meet www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=219943&f=119&h=0

I don't know Nick. But if you get chance to post your opinion on Saturday night. I would appreciate it as I am planning to leave 7am Sunday.

Thanks.

Simon.

Now Simon, I know that wedge of yours is a bit slow, but the doors don't open until 10am, bit keen are we?

I'm aiming to get there for around 11.30am (ish). No doubt we'll bump into each other, we can't really miss each other!!

I hope not. We will alter the geostationary orbit of the planet!

Hi All

Been to see the show today. It was worth the visit, but you don't need much more than an hour to see the static displays.
Clarkson, Tiff and the Hamster were in attendance.
The Russ Swift team managed to crash into themselves and the barrier.

See you all soon

Dave

I can only agree, the show was quite entertaining and in the 3 o clock one Clarkson drove one of the drifter Nissan 350 verts into the concrete wall at the back, ha ha! If you been to the autosport live action arena before then the show is pretty similar to that.

The static show is all in one hall, lots of nice cars to look at but an hour will be plenty. Lots of traffic tho, cos the craft show is on and that one is very popular

Good show. Had a great time.

Suprisingly, not. Clarkson drove the same car in to the same wall agian. By accident!

Very slick show, especially the flying car!!!!!!

so much for spontaneity eh?

some of the quips they made were also on the Top Gear programme last night which was clearly shot a while back.

I agree it was a good show, I also noted about them using the same threads from Top Gear which was shot on Thursday.
That Subaru of Terry Grant's was awesome, it had to be one of the loudest things there - it has over 500bhp, even though he stalled it, it was still great to see.

Will load up some pics later.
