Anyone know where I can eget some new rear tyres for my chimaera in Sheffield? I have a 10mm bolt in the offside rear. The hole is too big to repair.:weeping:

Give www.blackcircles.com a call.
They sorted me out with a couple of fronts a few weeks ago. Suggested a number of fitters local to me, and told me which one had the best feedback for service.

The tyres were couriered overnight and fitted less than 24hrs after my call.

Proper service... good price...

Thanks for the reply. I've actually ordered some online from www.tyretraders.com. I got Toyo Proxes T1R 245/45/R16 for £104 each inc. delivery. Didn't think that was too bad. They are a like for like replacement for what I Have now and I have found the Toyos very good for grip. I did nearly consider the Falkens as they are a bit cheaper.
Now I just need to get them fitted.

Hawleys Tyres & Exhausts

Found these guys to be good - after in fitting and they are about the same as the online guys. Less hassle too.

www.mytyres.co.uk - very cheap, then just get Kwifit or similar to fit them.

Bennett's on Kilton Hill, just off Burngreave Road will always try to beat anyone else, same with Wicker Tyres but i think they're a bit flat now.

Bit late now i think, but i have been going to Hawleys now for 15+years now and they are great and have always been the best price and care about your car and your wheels.

Me too...they're at Hunter's Bar as well, if you live over that end.

Anybody know who will fit tyres bought online, and how much do they charge..?

I bought mine on-line and Hawleys fitted and balanced them for about £30.
