Accident on M25 1/7 POSTED FOR A FRIEND.

I'm hoping somebody on here can help me....
On the 1st July I was happily trundling along the M25 in my T5R....ok, maybe I wasn't happy and maybe I wasn't trundling....but anyway, a Nissan Micar L White van
decided to try and undertake me from the left and badly miscalculated
He knocked me straight onto the central reservation and quickly disappeared from sight as he continued to weave across all lanes
Luckily I managed to get back onto the road, continued driving and caught him up to get his reg number. If anyone happened to see or knows anyone who saw what happened please step forward!! It would help me with my insurance claim & the police investigation.
Of all the cars to bang into on the M25 he had to pick mine
If it weren't for Volvo building these cars like they are (tanks, oops sorry Volvo) I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be here today after that episode!

Gary, I understand your predicament, but we can't publish a registration number on the site.

I take it you ahve phoned the police already, which is good. They should have enough evidence to go round the owners house and physically check the van for signs of damage. For example, if there is paint on the van which came from your car, it would be pretty obvious he would have to confess if he had not done already.
It should be taken as a pretty serious matter, as if he was undertaking when the accident happened that should be classed as dangerous driving which should be a ban, as well as of course punishment for not stopping.
Let us know how it goes with the police and if they catch the guy.
