Royal mail damaged my calender - help from PH Shop?

I got my calender tonight, and its been damaged by the postman . I'll be claiming from Royal Mail, but for the claim I need to know a couple of things that you can help with:
1) Where was the item posted
-post office
-post box
-business collection?
2) When was it posted?
3) Give exact location of where it was posted
4) Which service was used? (I'm guessing first class mail?)
5) Did you obtain a certificate of posting?

Sorry, they are stupid questions but I need the answers to be able to claim. Are there many calenders left in stock?
