Piccies uploaded!
I took over 120 shots of this mornings trackday and they're now at www.pbase.com/tr7v8
Trackday then navigate to the Brands Track day shots.

I've only loaded 70 or so up until now as I need to go to TIPEC SELNK Meet and I've lost the will to live as each one has to be resized & saved then uploaded! I'll do the rest later, if anyone wants a full size one (around 4-6Mb then PM me a mail addy & I'll send it direct.

I was there for the afternoon session (black e36 318i saloon). That Gallardo was there for the entire day, and it was a treat watching (and hearing) it hot lap! I also had the pleasure of pulling to the right (repeatedly) for an Evo MR that easily eclipsed the Lambo for on-track drama. I have never seen a road car move like that before! It's driver must have been wearing nappies 'cause it was scary just watching/hearing the thing brake into Paddock.

This was my first trackday ever, and I have to say it was the best thrill of my life! Paddock Hill looks scary at first, but really it's just great fun. That compression at the bottom - geez... Graham Hill and Surtees/McLaren were favourite corners for me (I could catch a few of the more timid drivers there)

I'll be back for more soon. Very soon.

Only at first - I have been round it a fair few times, and I still don't believe that I'm going to be on the road at the bottom of the hill. Truely fantastic.

What was with the cones in the middle of the track at Graham Hill?

Fastest line is still all four wheels to the right of the rumble strip at the exit - pitty it upsets Mr Palmer so much

Apparently, they were to encourage us to take the best line around the corner. They had cones there, and at the exit on the outside of Clearways.
