Any members / events near Lincoln?

Hi all,

Been on the Porsche forum for a while now. I'm based in Lincoln which I think means I'm Midlands rather than East Anglia. Just wondering if many other Lincoln folk are on here and if anything much goes on around here...

Lincoln's a meca for PHers, there must be at least 2, me and you that is. Nah but seriously i know a few of the TVR boys(and girls) frequent the site but mainly on the TVR links. A car sticker is required to highlight those of us with nothing better to do!

Trouble is Im South Lincs (Moulton) Ive been attending East Anglia events recentley, in the Norfolk/Suffolk area, I dont think theres a club/meeting in Lincoln area.

We need a place for cars to drive out to and meet up, sort of an Ace Cafe in Lincs. I know bikes have various places to join up and meet. Got to have good driving and a cafe and parking. Probably better not to mix in with bikes to much. There mad enough without us to humiliate as well! Suggestions please.

I live in High Wycombe these days, but clock up a significant chunk of my Tuscan's miles coming up to see family/friends around the Lincs/North Links border, so if timing is right I would be up for a meet.

The latest owner of my first Chim also lives in the Lincoln area.

Thanks for all the replies - looks like we have a few TVRs and Porkers around. The pub in my village has a huge car park and I'm only a few miles from the A46 south west of Lincoln so that may work. Couple other PHers in my village as well...

How about sorting something out over the Xmas break or early next year?

Just ogle each other's cars and have a chinwag basically!
